The site for this project is at the center of the historic Bund,the heart of cosmopolitan Shanghai.It is proposed that the new building function as a design exhibition facility accompanied by cafe,restaurants and shops.The building should be aimed to visitors from all over the world not only history and architecture of the Bund and Shanghai but also the arts,fashions and handicrafts of the contemporarycity.

     本项目基地位于外滩历史街区中部——国际化上海的心脏。本方案建议这个新建筑的主要功能为一个设计展览中心，伴有咖啡馆、餐饮和商店。这一建筑不仅要把外滩和上海的历史和建筑介绍给来自世界各地的参观者，而且包括这城市当代的艺术、时尚及手工艺。
